📦 Processing Times

Each order is packed with love (and maybe a little coffee)! Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after your confirmation email — excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive another email as soon as your happy mail is on its way.

Custom or made-to-order items may take 5–7 business days to create before shipping, but I promise they’re worth the wait. 💌

During the holiday season (especially November–December), please allow a few extra days — both for crafting and shipping — as postal systems get a little busier than usual.

Postal delays are beyond my control, but I’ll always do my best to get your bookish treasures out the door quickly.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout in real time based on your order’s weight and destination.

All packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) or automatically upgrade to Priority Mail if they weigh more than 16 oz. Each order includes tracking, so you can follow your goodies every step of the way.

🚗 Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for addresses within 5 miles of Webster, NY 14580.
For deliveries 5–20 miles away, there’s a small $5 delivery fee.

Deliveries are made Wednesdays and Fridays between 9 AM and 2 PM. I’ll text the number you provide at checkout when I’m headed your way!

(Please double-check that you’re within 20 miles of 1140 Ohstrom Pk., Webster NY 14580 before selecting local delivery — I currently can’t deliver outside that radius.)

🌎 International Shipping

I currently ship to Canada! 🇨🇦 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes (VAT) once they reach your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

At this time, I’m unable to ship to Mexico or other countries outside North America.

🔍 Checking Your Order Status

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

If it’s been more than 14 days since your shipping confirmation and your order hasn’t arrived, email me at hicraftylizard@gmail.com with your name and order number — I’ll happily look into it for you.

📫 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Most USPS services deliver to P.O. Boxes, but if you select another carrier, restrictions may apply. If there’s ever an issue, I’ll reach out before shipping to confirm your address.

💕 Refunds & Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. The refund will cover the item cost minus shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, email me as soon as possible at hicraftylizard@gmail.com with photos and your order number. I’ll review each situation individually and do my best to make it right.
